2. Service Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or by phone does not constitute a service agreement. A service agreement begins only when the workshop has inspected the watch, issued a written estimate, and you have confirmed in writing that you wish to proceed.

We reserve the right to decline a service request if, upon inspection, the work falls outside our scope or if the condition of the piece makes a satisfactory outcome unlikely. We will explain our reasoning clearly.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All prices quoted in our service descriptions are starting figures in Thai Baht (฿) and reflect the typical scope for a watch in average condition. The actual cost may differ if the watch requires additional attention — for example, sourcing worn parts, repairing unexpected damage, or extended regulation.

No work will begin beyond the initial inspection until you have approved the written estimate. Any change in scope during a service will be discussed with you before proceeding. You may decline additional work at any stage; the watch will be returned in its current condition.

4. Watch Submission and Handling

When you submit a watch to Siam Naliga, you confirm that you are the legal owner, or that you have the owner's written authority to submit it for service. We will record its condition at intake with notes and photographs.

We take reasonable care of all watches in our possession. While every precaution is taken, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing fragility, hidden damage revealed during disassembly, or faults that are a consequence of the watch's age and condition rather than our handling.

We ask that you disclose any known damage, previous repairs, or modifications before submission. Undisclosed alterations may affect our ability to complete the service as described.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are given in good faith and may vary depending on parts availability, the complexity of the work, and the current workshop schedule. We will inform you if a significant delay is anticipated.

• Seal & Pressure Renewal: typically 5–7 working days
• Dial & Hands Refresh: typically 7–10 working days
• Full Mechanical Overhaul: typically 3–5 weeks

Turnaround times begin from the date you approve the written estimate, not from the date of submission.

6. Collection and Uncollected Watches

We will notify you when your watch is ready for collection. Payment in full is required before the watch is returned. We accept cash (Thai Baht) and bank transfer.

If a watch is not collected within 60 days of notification, we will attempt to contact you by phone and email. If the watch remains uncollected after a further 30 days despite our attempts to reach you, we reserve the right to recover costs in accordance with Thai law.

If you need to arrange collection by a third party, please notify us in writing in advance.

7. After-Service Period

Following a Full Mechanical Overhaul, we offer a follow-up accuracy check within 60 days of collection at no additional cost. This applies to the movement as serviced; it does not cover damage caused by impact, water ingress following misuse, or third-party interference.

For Seal & Pressure Renewal, we provide a written report of the pressure level recorded. The protection that rating represents is contingent on the watch being used and maintained in line with the manufacturer's guidance.

Seal & Pressure Renewal and Dial & Hands Refresh services do not include a follow-up period beyond the after-service notes provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, and service descriptions — is the property of Siam Naliga. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from a service agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, dated at the top. Changes take effect from the date shown. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
